The Black Woman vs America
We have been discussing race and gender issues for years, especially within the last year with all of the police brutality, and overall racial hate that has been going on in America with different groups and ethnicities. But there is one group who is often quite marginalized or pushed to the side when it comes to our stories and issues and that is The Black Woman.
Malcom X said it best in 1962, “The Black Woman is the most disrespected person in America”. Yet, 59 years later and we are still not being heard.
I specifically did a video highlighting systemic racism and the affects it has on our Black Women which affects our Black Men and our Black Community.
